"We broke down on I-20 east of Leeds, AL. Good Sam towed our truck to their repair shop. The family run business, made us feel'at-home' and in good hands. They personally drove us to our hotel and made sure we were ok. Their professionalism and friendliness was amazing! They kept us informed about what was wrong with the truck, but also helped us get some of our heart meds that we had run out of. We highly recommend them!!!"

"Ron’s had my truck for almost 3weeks. Needed tires rotated, brakes, check fluids,Freon, and give an opinion or fix an electrical issue. First excuse was the diesel mechanic was behind well sir I didn’t need my Duramax engine worked on. Second excuse was my electrical person is behind well sir brakes tires fluids aren’t electrical. I’ll do it myself before I ever recommend or use them again. Oh and I used them because my mom took her car there supposedly fixed the leaking ac system charged her 140$ all they did was throw a 10$ can of Freon in it was blowing hot again within a week. I’m guessing these 70 good reviews are friends of there’s or locals. Now Ron’s wants to call today after my review…no sir I called everytime and I’m done calling. Yall never once called me. if you would have just done 1 thing I wanted it would have been fine. And you say truck was there 2 weeks if you’re that busy don't accept vehicles. If you can’t rotate tires service a truck brakes exc in 2 weeks hire another mechanic. Today was the third phone call I have made and you say you were fixing to jump on my truck. I’m calling b.s it was sitting across the road where it’s been for 2 weeks. I am a small business owner and I will kill myself work 16 hrs a day 7 days a week to keep caught up or hire help. Every time you comment I’m gonna comment right back. Whatever happened to businesses that do everything they can to at least try to satisfy a customer especially a new customer."

"Ok, while at Bucee’s in Leeds Al my 2020 F250 starter would not engage. A Snapon Tool rep suggested calling Ron’s. He was spot on! Shane came and picked up my truck and hotshot trailer. They found the problem to be my flywheel had a few teeth missing. Shane took me to a hotel while they made repairs and picked me up when the repairs were complete. Everything was done under warranty. Super happy, super easy, super customer service!"
