"For the money I paid, I was hoping for some attention paid to the little details. I brought my car in because I’d botched my own repairs. I left some parts only partially put back together, but they ignored everything except for the bare minimum to get the car running again. A piece of my front bumper ended up coming off while I was driving because it wasn’t screwed back down. Though technically my fault, I wish they had taken the time to fix things I had to undo to get at the part I tried to replace on my own."
