"I requested an appointment and paid the deposit through their booking app, then never heard anything back (neither a confirmation or denial of my appointment request) after multiple weeks and attempts to contact them via phone and Facebook messenger. Very poor communication and customer service. And I’ve just thrown away the money on the deposit, I guess."
