They ask if you are satisfied with the shape, length, and color throughout the process. It’s not the most relaxing environment but they have the cutest kids. "I have been going to this location for the past few months trying to find a good nail tech. This place has been a hit/miss. The last time I went the older lady with the booth towards the back did my nails and I am extremely disappointed.. I spent $200 on my daughter and my nails and two days later; nail broke; week and three days later: lifting under my dip powder; she filed my nails too narrow (and uneven) when I asked for coffin and I tried to explain that since I don’t wear false nails it’s a certain way to file so my real nails won’t start to thin on the sides thus snagging/breaking. I even told her just put a fake nail on the ones you messed up with filing she said the dip powder will fix the narrow sides. They assured me my nails will be ok and I trusted them. I did my normal routine with a thank you and a tip since at first glimpse my nails looked ok… Well everything I told her that would happen did; also I noticed my nails having grooves which meant improper drilling as the dip powder has “dips” in on my nails. Due to doing my nails incorrectly I have multiple snags/cracks on the sides ( due to her filing) and broken nails. I am not rough on my nails at all and now I have to cut most of my real nails due to them breaking from side snags and the drilling. I would go back to only Ashley but my fear I will be back in the other lady chair and I rather not keep wasting money on poor/inconsistent work."

"It is so hard to find a good nail salon that meets all you of your expectations, but this place is amazing. It’s nice and organized and clean. The staff are friendly. I’ve had 4/5 of the workers work on my nails at some point and they do not disappoint. Depending on what you get it can take time because they really pay attention to on to detail. I’m definitely very picky when it comes to my nail shape, but no complaints here. It’s probably the best set of nails I’ve had done."
