"Front of the house is great. Service is excellent but the billing department is terrible. Was told my X-rays would be covered but then 3 months later received a bill saying insurance denied. I spoke to the office and they told me I needed to call the insurance as they checked with the insurance company and it would be covered but when I spoke with Insurance they had no record of that. I then called back to the office and no-one was available to speak so I emailed them and they gave me a multi-paragraph reason why it is not their problem even when they advised me and stated it would be paid for by insurance. The billing department has 0 customer service skills. The practice is always looking for referrals, but after this I cannot recommend them. I have already wasted way too much time on this. I paid the difference and I am moving on with life. I would be 100% sure your services are covered BEFORE you accept them as they do not stand by what their team advises."

"this is the BEST dental office i have ever been to! the staff was so friendly & they really went out of their way to make the experience as quick & painless as possible. i had brianna & she was an absolute gem, she was so personable & made sure i was comfortable the entire time i was there. i had a tooth pulled & work that needs to be done this upcoming year. not only were they SO understanding with the extraction but they sat down with me & went over every detail in my treatment plan. i am so pleased with this office & the people who work there. try em out!!"

"From the minute you walk in everyone treats you like you’re the most important person there. Super friendly staff are always smiling and courteous. When you’re finished the hygienist checks you out right there and then walks you to the exit. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken to the back and it doesn’t take weeks to get an appointment. You want a blanket, sunglasses, ear plugs, water, snacks? Just request and it’s yours. I always want a blanket because I feel a little vulnerable at the dentist and it helps."
