"I submitted 7 months ago a 2 star review. I thought the website was not user friendly. You can not book online, it does not show what vehicles are available for use, and there is no direct messaging the company. You just have to call to talk someone. A few days ago Mr. Livery just happened to be a customer of mine. The end of his meal he told me about how he recognized me but he knew I was not a customer of his. When it hit him who I was he informed me he had been trying to reach out to ask about my review. We chatted about why I submitted the 2 stars and Mr. Livery was all about fixing the problems. So today I submit a 5 star review because it is apparent that he not only cares about the details good or bad but that he also is aware of who his clients are. He does remember faces and he does try reaching out to fix the problems. Thank you for our chat Mr. Livery."
"These guys were awesome for a last minute reservation around Mobile. William answered all my questions during the initial reservation and helped get us situated. Our Driver, Shane, was a consummate professional and made our evening stress free. These guys are great."

The ride was comfortable, and he kept our loved ones posted by sharing the trip with them so they could see where we were the entire time. He was punctual and a pleasure to ride with.
