"My wife and I spoke with the Sims Lohman about our cabinets and communicating with them has been rough to say the least. We were told that they’d send someone out for us today at 9:00 AM, but when I called for an ETA they didn’t remember us; and when they did find out who we were, they said it would be in an 11 ’o clock window. When I brought this up, the woman I spoke to (Kenille Barton) was rude and laughed at me for calling at 9:04 about a 9:00 appointment. The man who helped us with our warranty claim, Michael, provided excellent service! But as for the office, communication needs to be better."

"Kennielle with Sims-Lohman was extremely unprofessional the entire time. When voicing our concerns about the cabinets installed in our new home she constantly laughed at those concerns. We were told on the phone that someone would be coming to repair the cabinets Friday, February 2nd at 9 am. When calling Ms. Kennielle to ask if they were on their way, she proceeded to tell us they only had openings for 11 am and informed my husband that she had no record of there being an appointment being set up for us. When the people actually did show up, we were told they didn’t give them a phone number to call and tell us they were coming. Throughout this entire process, the only person I would give a 5 star rating is Michael. When repairing our cabinet, he answered our questions and explained everything exceptionally."

"I have worked with this company for 1 year now. I have found the management team to be top notch. They address any concerns as they arise. The company has gone through management change over , while I was here. I believe our team is making great strides to move the company forward. Is it smooth operating every day, no job is. The company works to build an employee based system. They strive to let everyone know that they are appreciated every day. At the end of the day, it is a job. If you follow the process, the team at Sims-Lohman make you feel like you belong to a family , not just a job!"

"Continually finding ways to screw employees by cutting benefits and unfair wages for people on the ground. Meanwhile sales teams across the company have several large parties and outings per year celebrating companies success. Sales nor opps are held accountable when not meeting performance or adherence to procedures. Daily struggles to get enough materials for jobs. Stock materials continually out of stock due to lack of management. Delivery team only sends one guy to unload several houses worth of cabinets by themselves. This leads to nearly every other job cabinets are busted which leads to not being able to finish installs. Not to mention they are over capacity at their distribution centers leading to long delays for deliveries. Subcontract installers are on the buddy system where certain people are shown favoritism and never held accountable for continual screw up’s. Super toxic work environment. Everyone throws everyone else under the bus and run someone down at every opportunity. No structure or leadership to correct issues. Don’t expect to have a life. they expect you to work seven days a week seventy hours a week on 40hr salary."

"We work with Sims Lohman in our home building company every day and they do a great job. I also had them install cabinet in my personal home. I have young children, pets, in laws, and half the other kids in the neighborhood all in my home everyday and the cabinets are holding up great. 7 months into living in my home and my toddler ripped a corner bead off the cabinets. She is pretty good at tearing things up and it took her some force. That is the only damage."
