"We have used Park Supply for a variety of fixtures for two houses. We have always been very satisfied. There is an excellent selection of fixtures including sink, bathroom faucets and showers. There is a wide selection of bathtubs as well. The sales personnel we have worked with were always knowledgeable about available products, they were helpful and friendly and worked with us to make sure we picked out the items that were the most desirable for the interior items we were seeking. We found Park Supply to be the best source for these types of items."

"We spent over $1200 on a rain shower and the materials to install. What they failed to mention was it was going to take over 2 months to get some of the parts in.. Today, I returned a missed call from them. When I called back the lady on the phone was very rude and insisted nobody called me. I waited a few hours and called back. The same rude receptionist answered and asked me who my sales representative was. Unfortunately, since it has been over 2 months, I could not remember. The receptionist looked up my order and sales person to inform me that “your items shipped” “you picked them up already” “I am not sure where they shipped to” after several minutes, the lady decided to consult my sales lady who had the parts on her desk. The receptions then says, “Your voicemail is full. You should take care of that so we can leave a message and you’ll know what it was about.” I do not recommend. They have a nice showroom, but you’re better off ordering it online yourself after finding the items you want. You receive the items faster for a cheaper price. Which is what we had to do. The money would be worth it if the customer service is there, but it’s just not. It’s disappointing to be treated so poorly after spending a decent amount of money there. Will not be back."
