"Me and my boyfriend Went in there today! I can’t remember names but both people who cut our hair was great! The guy who faded his hair made it look 100 times better! "God awful. I went this week to get a simple trim, 1.5 inches all around, and the stylist asked me a bunch of questions about my haircut that not only were asked in a way I didn’t understand, but when I asked for clarification he said the same thing and then just moved my hair around. Instead of an even trim, my long hair was cut almost entirely off; a 1.5 inch trim turned into a 3 inch trim and thinned and hacked at my hair painfully. Not only was it twice as short as I asked for, it was completely choppy and uneven! I came in with my hair down, curly with bangs, and left with a crew cut pulled back and a near diagonal neck line. I will not be returning ever again, and I will be immensely upset from this cut for the 6 months it’ll take for my hair to grow back."
