"I used the salon at this Ulta for a haircut and color recently and will never go back. I’ve used other salons with Ulta in other cities and always had a great experience. This time when the stylist rinsed the color from my hair she soaked my sweater. She was kind enough to use her blow dryer to try and dry it after my cut, but never mentioned that my sweater was ruined with hair dye. I found it when I got home and called back immediately to let them know what happened. The manager was out and I was told I had to call back when she was in. They didn’t take my number or try and make it right. It’s like they just didn’t care."

"Ulta is not what it used to be. Today, I went into Ulta. While looking at a product, a young lady working there asked if I needed help. I kindly said no, but she insisted on getting in my personal space and telling me what shade I needed to buy. I wanted to buy more at the store, but she just wouldn't let up. While in line, I noticed she was using a small scissor on the floor to cut what looked like her nails. Very unprofessional and gross."

"Pretty good store, well stocked except for the nail polish. Only gave 4 stars because I usually shop for clean beauty products, this store could use a lot more. I came looking for moisturizer from Mad Hippie, there was none, also looking for cosmetics from Pacifica Beauty, all this store had was Pacifica skin care products. Unlike the Ulta in Mobile in the Springdale shopping center, this Ulta in Daphne has Covergirl products, plus Maybelline, Revlon, L’Oréal, Sally Hansen. No shortage of Tarte Shape Tape in all shades, so I was happy. Lots of Nars & IT Cosmetics. A little short on certain beauty tools such as eyeshadow applicators, compact puff replacements, & nail files."
