"Horrible experience. I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and left with balls of chunky glitter on my nails and my cuticles weren't even cleaned up. After multiple times of telling them that their work was unsatisfactory they made me pay before leaving and wouldn't fix their mistakes. When I called them today to tell them that I had to personally fix them before the wedding and was 2 hours away, they wanted me to come back and have them fix it. I had to keep telling them that I was unable to do seeing as though I was 2 hours away. Their only rebuttal was that they gave 36 years of experience and they've never done anything wrong. The pictures we have say otherwise."
