"Dry van unload took all of 30 minutes, that's including check in. It is in a garage which was a little difficult to see to get lined up, on a cloudy day would be simple. I have seen posts stating they have overnight parking, they now have a sign that states NO overnight parking."
"Making appointment for this company is being politically correct. You stay there so they unload whom they want. But you have to be in time. Pitiful."
"I gave them 5 stars because they took me after sending two other drivers away. Brokers must make an appointment or they don't take you until the next day and if it's Friday, you're waiting until Monday. You will get their unload times 8 am -12 pm but that's not your appointment, so make sure your broker or the broker your company is using sets you an actual appointment time. It will not be a window, it will be an exact time ( like 8:30 am for example). They do unload you within 30 minutes and you can find a spot to park overnight if your appointment is early. Parking is limited so keep that in mind if you plan on showing up too early."
"Had to wait for my load to get finished, but when it was ready they wasted no time loading. While I was waiting others come went quick as well. The staff was friendly and had called to inform my company of the load. Good job folks."
