"I bought flooring from a big box store which was a nightmare for me with the poor communication and unkept promises from the store and their installer. One of my friends recommended Elite flooring I went there and as soon as I walked in the store I had a sales person assigned to me who helped choose my flooring from the wide selection they had, one week later I got a call from them to tell me my material is already in and asked me when I will be ready for installation. The installation team showed up in time they were very nice and knew what they were doing. My floor looked really nice after they were finished, I'm very happy with their service and I would recommend them to my family and friends."
