"I went to have my hair cut. I showed Amanda a video. It did not work. I can back a week later to have my hair shaped up by Kaylee. But I have blond hair & I wanted chunky med brown low lights. But the low lights were so light it could barely be seen. Then I went back again to get a darker light brown low lights. Even the manager agreed I wanted chunky med brown low lights. OMGNESS I now have dark dark brown hair. Ultimately the worst experience at a hair salon. Ever. The manager had the nerve to tell me I had not been nice to them. WHAT. Kaylee left the brown dye all over my face. I can’t get it off. I look like a zombie with dark dark brown hair. I don’t know what happened. They were nice people but when I asked for something I got some thing else even though they agreed they totally understood what I was saying right I wanted. I showed pictures and pictures and pictures and videos to tell them what I wanted to show them what I wanted. And now I walked in there as a blonde/gray hair, and I walked out with a dark dark, brown/black head of hair. It’s awful but about it. I wasted over $100 on this haircolor. I even paid her yesterday when I walked out with black hair because I didn’t want her to think I was trying to get away with some thing and not pay for it. I question what I did to make them do this to me."
