"Terrible place very rude customer service and rude over the phone call for a quote told me it would be $70 so I called back 2 minutes later to schedule an appointment now all of a sudden it went up to $150 and I asked why and he couldn’t give me an answer just was yelling for no reason"
"Tim was straightforward on phone. $120/hr. labor, charge for diagnostic, get you done same day when in at 7:30a by appt. Little offended when I asked for written estimate and if work was guaranteed. Said in business for 43 years. Had to call three times to get connected bc of some problems operating their phone system. Said they do not specialize in certain foreign cars. Highly recommended by 1 person who has used them for decades."
