"If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! DONT EVERRRRR take your children here!!! My 7 year old was given too much nitrous by a clearly UNTRAINED assistant and was completely unconscious. They half way removed his tooth when they decided to stop because it could be infected. We were sent home with no post op care at all, the doctor and assistant left the room after hardly speaking to us (child was still very much out of it) they just told us to come back after antibiotics were taken. However, the people at the front told us it would be MARCH before they could get him back in (3 months away) my child was in excruciating pain all night until we took him to Thomas and Moore the next day (HIGHLYYYY RECOMMEND!!!!) these people do not care about you or your kids and are RUDE and unprofessional. 0/10 recommend!!!!"

"Went here with my little girl and we both liked the place very much. The dentist was very nice and the kids play area was great to keep my daughter occupied while waiting. Thank you Dr. Ting"

"I have been going to Mobile Bay Dental and Vision for years. I will no longer go here after my past experience. The staff isn't friendly at all. I began bringing my daughter here a few years ago. The Semmes location is not kid friendly at all. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist please avoid this place. It's like they intentionally try to embarrass or belittle parents. There isn't any patient privacy at all here, everyone will know what is going on with you or your child.The dentist came to look at my child and did not even acknowledge me and just conversed among herself and the worker which is rude because without customers you do not have any business. They do not try to help you please avoid this place if you can."

"Manager is rude!She threatened to cancel my children's prescription all bc they messed up and sent one of my kids glasses to another location. They don't like to be called out about their mismanagement. This is the second time in two weeks the glasses have moved locations. Make it make sense. The manager just wanted me off the phone and told me also that glasses would not be moved to the other locations in the future bc it's too much confusion, that's not my problem.Thats a service y'all provide. All this could have been avoided if they had a better selection of glasses at the location in the mall."

"Excited to finally find a Dentist that accepts new Medicaid patients.. went in with my kids and they got to play on the playground area and had a lot of fun while I had to fill out paperwork (play area also seemed pretty cleaned which was great). We had an easy experience with their cleanings and the Dentist checking afterwards that I would definitely come back!"
