"Do not take loads from Benjamin and ARI Logistics LLC dba Action Enterprise Logistics We booked a load with them back in July. PU FCFS 7-7. They asked us if the driver will call them after getting empty so he did around 2 pm and was given a PU#. With this PU# he arrived at the shipper and found out that this load has been picked up by a another carrier! This broker DOUBLE BOOKED this load. They lied to us multiple times- saying that the load was canceled, driver never called but he did. They also refused to pay T.O.N.U. As if that was not enough they reported us to Carrier 411 and put a unjustified Freight Guard because we were demanding a T.O.N.U and told them we will go through insurance to get our money back. Very unprofessional and unethical company. We wasted time and money to get to this pick-up and this broker just couldn't care less. Be aware and stay away! If anyone is interested we can forward all of the emails to you. Thanks."
"Worked there 2 and a half years. Started out good but a lot changed this year. Money just wasn't enough so I had to move on. Friendly people but like most trucking companies they take advantage of there good drivers and play favorites for drivers that are undeserving"
