"My fiancé booked an appointment for teeth whitening and they refused to service if he didn’t add on a cleaning. He recently got a cleaning in December. They would only do the whitening if he added on the $200+ cleaning , although he was already paying $600+ out of pocket for the 1 hour service. Online the price ranges up to $365 but in person they say otherwise. I planned to attend also but I will not be going after this. Great way to ruin our first experience with whitening and ruining our big day on March 15, 2024."

"I recently visited the Trussville location. While I had a positive experience with the assistant office manager, the call center, front desk overall, I cannot recommend this location. Although the location was clean and visually appealing, I was subjected to a new patient protocol when my name was called, which I had not scheduled for. I understand that they may have been attempting to maximize insurance coverage, but as a patient, I preferred to focus on the reason for my visit. When I made this request, the level of professionalism and communication decreased. Additionally, the location was understaffed on the day of my visit. However, the medical professionals in charge have the option to choose which patients they see. When the doctor, who represented himself as a owner, entered the room, he left abruptly when I reiterated my desire to focus on the reason for my visit. Instead, someone else took over my care. At this point, I did not feel that my physical needs or pain were adequately addressed. They did not even ask about my pain, despite my inquiry. I did not feel that I received professional communication, care, or appropriate attention to my health concerns at this location. It appeared that the focus was more on what they could gain from me financially, rather than my overall health and well-being. This was a new experience for me, and I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed"
