"I will say that they are very friendly and accepted our appointment for the next day even though we booked late at night and for that we thank them. However, the color my little sister requested was a strawberry blonde/peachish color, which I have attached. When she arrived she was told she was only going to be able to get highlights with the strawberry blonde color, which she was fine with: however these highlights were NOT strawberry blonde and took 7 hours. Anyone who has gotten highlights knows they should not take more than 4/5 hours at MOST. In places it is lighter/darker blondes not even all the same blonde.I will also add she already came with all over highlights which was the only other color she had ever done. We’re very disappointed with the service today and will probably not be coming back."
