"On 04/04/2023, I visited Iron City Dentistry to obtain fillings that Dr. Leslie Ann Frese informed me that I needed, albeit I had no pain or discomfort. On 04/17/2023, I contacted Leslie's office and relayed to them that my right side (side procedure was done on) still hurt to chew on. They scheduled me for 04/19/2023 and said that all I needed was a bite adjustment. She drilled a little more and my assumption was she corrected the issue. Her assistant Alexa stated that she would reach out to me on the following Wednesday 04/26/2023 to check to see if the pain diminished. She did not call. I was still unable to chew on my right side. On Monday 05/01/2023, I contacted the office again to relay that the issue had not been resolved. They scheduled me for 05/02/2023. I arrived at my appointment and Leslie once again drilled a little and had me bite down. She also placed a cold spray on a Q-tip which caused much discomfort. She then went on to say that I may need a root canal. I questioned as to why a root canal would be needed if I only came in for fillings that were placed in teeth that were not even hurting initially. She said that the cavity may have been close to a nerve. I asked even if it was close to a nerve, if she completed a filling why would there still be pain? I had no issues before the fillings that she administered. She told me I could get a second opinion and I stated that I would. She then tells me rudely that I don't have to come back there anymore and told her assistant (I didn't get her name) to archive my file."

"This dentist has a bad problem making her mistakes seem minor. When you make a complaint about the work she has done, she compares to her own imperfections of her teeth and tells you that it is not bad. She installed an implant that started giving me pain, then it popped out and I almost swallowed it. I dealt with her as long as It did because I really liked my hygienist. I should have left when she took over the practice of my original dentist."
