"So disappointed in the service I received from this Salon. Hair color is totally different from what I requested (provided a picture) and can’t get the hair dresser to return my calls. I have practically begged for a return call so I can get a correction or even suggestion as to what I need to do. Even stopped by the salon without success. Expensive and not happy!"

"I’ve had my hair done multiple times by Tyler Emerson. I have dark brown hair but she is a color genius and has been able to provide me with the icy ash blonde highlights/money pieces I’ve asked for as well as delivering the dark brown glossy color I like too. She cuts my hair exactly as asked/shown in pictures and never disappoints. I love thé atmosphère of the salon and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve recommended this salon to many people I know and the love it as well."

"I scheduled a consultation and had pictures of what I wanted done. After the consultation I booked my appointment and the day of my appointment I showed the pictures again of what I wanted, I did not receive the look I asked for. I paid almost $300 for a basic color plus balayage and I left with my hair looking like I only got highlights done. The service was great other then other hairstylists talking about the lady that was doing my hair in front of me while I was getting my hair blow dried."

"I went in to get my hair cut and colored today. My stylist was rather cold to me, but it’s fine that’s not really what bothered me. It’s the fact that the three stylists in the room would repeatedly compliment the hair of the other two women in the room as they were getting it done, and then just look at me. This happened 3-4 times. I honestly wouldn’t have been that bothered but it started to feel rather pointed. Overall, not very friendly. My hair turned out nice though. I paid 174 dollars for a cut and color and tip, and left feeling worse about myself. Very disappointed"
