"Dentist was late to work. Dentist office equipment is outdated and dirty (dirt around walls on floor, dremmel disc on floor, Rusty or dirty tool bit holders, dentist is old and close to retirement and he had a hygienist who is 70 years old still cleaning teeth). Will not go back to him. Only good thing I have to say if friendly staff.Staff are also bilingual. Got teeth cleaned by baking soda equipment and teeth did not feel clean after."

"Dr. Throneberry is great. The dental techs are great and all very respectful. However a receptionist at the front was very rude, refused to acknowledge information I gave her about my insurance and card, and got snappy when I tried to remain calm in the situation. She’s the reason I asked my insurance for alternate options and will find a new dentist. Add in my insurance was on the phone confirming what I had already told the receptionist and agreed she was being unreasonable."

"I have been to Dr. Throneberry for years for clean-ups and fillings. I have never had a problem with them but that’s probably because I’ve never had a problem. I haven’t been able to go to the dentist for over a year due to COVID and noticed I needed some dental care. I’ve been calling for weeks. I’ve left multiple voicemails but haven’t gotten a call back. Then, I recently broke one of my pre-molars in an accident. Out of options and discouraged by their callback system, I decided to show up at the office. I told them I broke a tooth and need to see a doctor today. They told me that they couldn’t even look at my tooth. I’m no expert but a broken tooth seems like something that should inspire more rapid response and concern. I didn’t go in expecting they fix it today but they could’ve at least looked at it to see if it was anything serious and given me instructions for care, as you would expect out of *doctors*. But no. They simply didn’t seem to care. Go here but expect unreliable care if you have emergencies. Don’t go here if you want your dental office to consider your concerns. I called other dental offices in the area and got same-day appointment at one of them because they wanted to at least look at the tooth and come up with a game plan. Something that I appreciated a lot more after the experience at this office. EDIT: I see the owner has respond “this is not a patient). Actually I am a patient and have been for almost 4 years. Even when I went off to college, I would come during my holidays to this office. Glad to see they don’t even take their reviews and complaints seriously lol. Take your business elsewhere."

"They are rude and insensitive the lady who answered the phone all I did was ask her a question and she immediately got mad and was very rude and yelled at asked to speak to their office manager and she hung up on me I will never give them my business again they are not work the money I paid just to be yelled at over a question"
