"I went in to get my highlights and lowlights touched up. I told the lady what I wanted done and what colors. She got the highlights right but used a completely different color of lowlights than what I asked. The lowlights are harsh and brassy orangie color but we’re supposed to match my roots that are a really dark blonde almost brown color. She said she would fix it but by her attitude I’m not sure she will. We will see what happens and I will update this review accordingly. I don’t want to mention her name yet because maybe she will correct her mistake . I’m kinda scared someone else might get her and spend all that money to have messed up hair. "I've been going to Whitney, the owner, for nearly 14 years now and literally have never let Anyone else touch my hair. I drive over an hour just to go to her and I've driven as far as 3 hours when I was in college simply because no one else can compare to her skill in my book. I have extremely thick, wavy/curly hair that is difficult to cut and manage correctly. She has Never done anything that I wasn't absolutely thrilled with! I've had pink hair, purple hair, red, orange, ombre, brown, black, platinum and regular blonde. She has nailed it every single time. The best part is that she always does what is best for the health of your hair and never compromises that. Remember, hair stylists are artists not magicians. She makes sure that we get to the color or cut that I want but does so in the most correct and safe way possible. Not to mention her pricing is extremely fair. They are all so very kind and loving in that salon. They even offer me lunch if I am there at that time. You just can't find a better place to get your hair done!!"
