"She is not professional at all! I had an appointment with her today that I booked a few weeks ago. I texted her yesterday morning to remind her she read the text but didn’t respond till10 last night! Asking me to reschedule for Saturday in her text she stated “I know you going out of town “ so if you know that why would she ask me to come Saturday! Her excuse was that she got the days mixed up and had to take her mom to the doctor at 10am! My appointment was at 9:30 this morning! I texted her back she told me that she was sorry and that it shouldn’t take long and she would text me when she was done! It’s not 5:00! And she never texted me! I had already bought my hair! Thank goodness I was able to find someone to take me last minute! Don’t know how she can stay in business with poor service like this! Ladies be wear!"

"Worst Salon ever! I had an appointment scheduled for braids on a early Saturday morning. When sending a confirmation and checking in with the stylist the night before she cancelled@ 8:30pm. She stated she spoke with the owner and was told that salon would not be open and she didn't have keys. I already taken out my previous protective style to shampoo and blow out for the braids. Luckily, the function that I was to attend was moved to another date. Needless to say, I was disappointed and inconvenienced. Some may have had good experiences but I did not given that this was my very first appointment. Good luck!"

"Worst service ever. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a silk press and trim. I booked it for 10am so I could get in and out. I get there, and the lady already had two clients with DREADS that she was working on. She told me it would be a minute, and I didn’t mind it at all. I told her it was okay, and that I could just wait. Now keep in mind, she was the only stylist in there and was working on two people at once... I sat in there for an hour, and she told me I could come back around 1pm or she would call me when she was ready. Never received a phone call or text and it was past 1pm. I go back up there, and she tells me it will still be a minute. I told her that was okay. HOWEVER, when I look around I see that the clients from earlier were gone and that she took in 4 OTHER CLIENTS. I wait another 20 minutes, and then I decided I had enough. Whole thing was very unprofessional and very understaffed. What’s the point of making an appointment if the client has to wait 4 hours after their scheduled time?"
