"I'll never do business with Joe again nor would I recommend him to anyone. I had him perform a paint repair on my Toyota Rav4 where the paint was peeling. Joe was extremely rude and unprofessional in two separate incidents and to top it off, two of the areas he repaired appears to be peeling although I don't know for sure it is related to the quality of the job or not. When I told Joe I would use whatever legal means necessary to let others know how he had treated me, he threatened to sue me and was nice enough to pass on the name of his lawyer I think that says a lot about the person I was doing business with. As far as the two incidents, the first occurred when he initially did the work. When I dropped the car off Joe told me it would be finished on Friday of that week. I told him that I was taking my son on a college visit on that day and couldn't pick it up until the next Monday. On Thursday night of that week, he texted me to let me know the car was ready and I needed to pay him. I texted back that I couldn't come by there until Monday at which point he responded that that was not acceptable and he needed his money that night (mind you, he still had my car and I had not even inspected the job). At some point, I either called Joe or he called me, I don't remember which. I explained to him my situation and reminded him that I told him I couldn't come by until Monday. He got very irate with me using an explicative to let me know how he felt. I finally relented and agreed to go out of my way on the way to the college visit and pay him. The second incident occurred when I took the car by for him to look at the spot that was peeling. His wife (receptionist) had told me on the phone that the business location had changed but to just come by when I had a chance and somebody would look at the car. I took the car to the shop on a Friday, and when I arrived I was directed to the shop to talk to Joe. He was in a truck getting ready to drive out of the garage. I approached and leaned in to ask him if he remembered me when he yelled for me to get my hand off of the truck (I had touched it as I leaned in). He then yelled that he didn't have time for me and that I should have come when I had talked to his wife on the phone. After that Joe drove out of the garage and I didn't see him again. Now I have two spots peeling on my freshly repaired paint job, but I refuse to go back to Joe. I would caution anyone regarding doing business with the guy. I know everybody has bad days, but these rude outbreaks happened to me twice. There won't be a third time."

"I've had 2 wrecked vehicles fixed here, one of which was major damage. Both vehicles came back like brand new. The paint was amazing as well as the body work. Very reasonable prices. They'll get all my business in the future."
