"Very rude store manager today. My husband went in to get some root cover up. He has bought it at Sally's for years. She told him the kind he was asking for that they have never sold it. He told her he has been buying it for years and she told him No he hasn't. I am a Store manager for another company. I would never talk to a customer that way. Sally's, Do better hiring and training your staff. We have been loyal customers but we will not be back!"
