"The girl who colored my hair I believe her name was Randa or something similar was extremely rude. She consistently was yelling across the salon and would be pulling, scraping, and yanking my hair. For context my hair is very short and I was previously blonde going to a darker shade. She not only got hair dye all across my face, neck, and ears but also forgot the timing on how long I was under heat with foils on my hair. When it came time for the haircut she refused to cut my hair into a cleaner version of what I currently have (Mohawk) and made another employee do the job my hair is cut and colored unevenly and the staff was rude to not only me but to other customers. When it came time to pay Randa was extremely rude and consistently giving attitude when I asked a question about why I was signing a new paper I’ve never signed before."
