"If I could give this place a zero star I would!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! March 25 2023 my fuel pump went out and I was stuck on the side of the road so I called wards towing to get me in bear creek. When they started loading and pulling my car onto the bed of the truck they ripped my back bumper off, half of my front bumper, my plastic underneath, and damaged my paint. They refused to give me their insurance info bc they didn’t want to pay their thousand dollar deductible and didn’t want their insurance to go up. He said, the only thing he could do Was put new clips in it. A few months later he said he would pay for the damage and here it is almost a year later and my car still looks the same as the day he messed it up. The first picture is of a day or two before he damaged it, and the others is after he damaged it. He better enjoy the money that he has right Because he has a lawsuit coming for him!!!!"

"Called for 3 to 4 weeks trying to get an empty container moved 62 miles finally had it delivered January 7th 2019, he gets here an hour and half later from Bear Creek, Alabama to Falkville, Alabama it doesn't take that long by the way, he didn't know how to set the container, my husband had to do 90% of the work, I have video of it, my husband had to use his straps, come along. The guys name is Gene (the owners dad) did not know how to set the container down on the ground which was already set up and ready to just drop the container, the container came off the rollback truck 12/14" off the side, if my husband had not been here the container would be setting on it's side on the ground right now. We already had one container delivered about 6 months ago by the same company, cost us $175 they were gonna charge us $200, even though fuel prices have went down considerably and again my husband had to do most of the work and tell Gene how to do his job, he drop it to $180. My husband calls Scott Ward, the owner, after Gene leaves and tells him the situation, what happened and all his reply was "well he's moved several containers" that's all Scott said. Great way to run a business there Scott. We will not use Ward Wreckers again, we will not recommend Ward Wreckers to anyone, we will tell anyone and everyone that wants a wrecker service not to hire Wards."

"In response to Touche Touche, I was the one who spoke with her. We do run a Christian business and we do help people to the best of our ability. But in this case, hubcaps went missing sometime in the TWO WEEKS after she picked the car up out of police impound...anything could have happened to those hubcaps in 2 weeks time, but the customer was quick to call us. We don't need a set of hubcaps. We do not appreciate being accused."
