When they quote a time frame, don't call at the end of the time and expect your stuff to be done. But they will get rude and demand you take them back at your expense. Be at their mercy, and waste your money."

"I’ll admit this was years ago...this type of shady business practice doesn’t go away with time, though. Bought a set of heads from these guys. They sent heads that had the valve seats machined in the wrong place and then remachined - leaving a huge moon-shaped gap in between the valve seat and combustion chamber surface. This is not something that could have been missed - so they tried to sneak it out on an unsuspecting customer. I had to argue with them to get them to exchange it - they tried to convince me to just use it."
