"Don't stop here on your way to work, you'll be late. Although you're the only person in the store that just entered, the senior Indian guy will make sure to acknowledge your presence.....then disappear....to take out the trash (OUTSIDE!), wash dishes or something in the backroom, or just plain ignore the person standing at the counter for whatever reason. I've actually left items on the counter and been on my merry way. It's a "convenience" store with high "convenience" prices....for a reason. This is definitely not a "Kwik Stop" or "Grab n Go" type of place. Whoever owns this franchise, Gramps doesn't want to be there. Shame on you for punishing that old man like that."

"All of the employees at this 7/11 need an attitude adjustment! They don't even deserve one star. They are the rudest bunch of employees and on every visit too!!! I've been in there multiple times. The only reason I go here is to get my cherry Slurpees when the 23 and Shelby machines are down. I hate going in there. I am always very nice to them regardless of their discourtesy toward me!! I am planning on calling corporate on them! As a reply to your reply: Yes this sounds exactly right. Your just lucky that not everybody takes the time to write a review. What more information do you need? I think I explained everything very thoroughly! Corporate is starting an investigation so you guys better start learning to smile and treat your customers respectfully before you lose your business!"
