"Pharmacy was supposed to be open until 6. I get there at ten to six and they are closed so now I have to wait even longer for this medication I need today. It’s really irritating when places closed before they advertise. If I had known that I would have gotten it called in somewhere else."
"This is my regular pharmacy, and closest one to my location. It works well as long as there are no changes in your regular refill orders. I was not impressed with their communication about order status. I ordered them refill through app, but never received acknowledgement for next 24hrs, I later drove to their place only to find that insurance has declined due to some mismatch in prescription. I expect them to communicate back to me by text or app notification."
"After two days waiting for a text informing me my medication is ready, I went there yesterday to pickup my medicine only to find out that i am being fully charged for my medicine, i asked why is that she didn't even bother to check up whether they have my insurance on file or not, she instead told me that "insurances do not cover this medicine ". I had to leave the store and check with my insurance only to find out that it is actually covered. I called them and they said "oh we don't have your insurance on file, please stop by tomorrow" as they were closing soon. Basically, the technician was trying to leave early instead of actually helping me out and running my insurance in the system."
"Apal the pharmacist is horrible and the rest of the staff is rude and inefficient. I guess I continue to use this location for convenience but it's ALWAYS a head ache coming here. I call ahead to make sure my medications are ready for pick up and she tells me give me an hour, so I wait an hour and a half only to arrive and be told to wait another hour. They're not busy it's empty and they still find a way to complicate everything! So sick of it here I'm taking this all the way up the chain of command"
"I like this liocation because of its convenience. Except for rush hour between 5 and 6 it easy to get in and out. Their prices are right and they honor coupons and specials. Their customer service is pleasant. The store and site are clean and tidy. They have a drive through on the south side."
