"Great cigar bar. My friends and I are in town temporarily and really enjoyed 23 Court. We were looking for an upscale cigar bar to get great cocktails and cigars. 23 Court did not disappoint. Humidor has a good selection of cigars. I feel like anyone can find something to smoke. The prices appeared reasonable for the cigars. The old fashioned was very good. Although they don't provide table service, the bartender went out of his way to bring us drinks upstairs. Really enjoyed our time and will return. Thanks!"
"Best whiskey and bourbon selection arguably in the entire state. Good cigar selection, craft/ exotic cocktail menu. The decor is amazing! Down side is they close early... a lot...because it's "slow"."
