"Ordered my food and I notice this kid with a beard walking around eating behind the counter. I was waiting on my food and this young woman asked if I had been waited on. I said I have and the that kid with the beard with food in his mouth said you got it ? Very weird. I’m all about eating but damn son eat on you damn break. That’s really disgusting"

"Normally, Jack's has always been a good place to eat, but I am having problems lately. I got carry b out tonight, double cheeseburger combo, and it was by far the worst food ever. The fries and the burger were to salty to eat, Dr Pepper was only thing I could actually finish. I will be taking a break from Jack's for a while, hoping for improvements in the food."

"The food is never cooked completely half raw chicken ,unattended teen treating customers like trash ,they touching food with no gloves dropping cups on the floor with no plastic and still using them and when I call to complain when this happened they placed me on hold for 10 minutes after being instructed to mute me so wouldn’t recommend this location until they get proper management and staff that are trained on customer service and proper safety food prep"

"Tonight we went there in the drive through. Employees were arguing outside with what looked to be family. Wearing their gloves outside and then using the same gloves to handle food. They got our order totally wrong. Gave us fries with no seasoning. Didn’t give us a drink. The employee came outside with gloves on, holding what looked to be her daughter or sisters hand (7-8 years old) with the child carrying our food to the parking lot where we were asked to pull after circling around the parking lot for the second time to get our food. Not to mention the outside argument between staff and family in the parking lot, got carried inside where the drive through window was left open, and we heard cussing and all kinds of stuff with kids in our car. The food was almost $30 and totally wrong and cold and zero quality of service. It’s sad. We won’t be back. And I don’t want a free meal, because it isn’t worth eating anymore. I love Jacks, always have. But this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to."

"The last three times I’ve been here. Every table has been dirty and the floor is disgusting and to be honest the workers are pretty rude. Today I asked if somebody can wipe up the tables and I got this dirty look and I said do you want me to just do it and the girl literally said if you want and I said no, you can. You really need to do a surprise visit and see how dirty this place is and really figure out which are your good employees, and which are not good luck"
