"Customer service is rude and hostile. Very argumentative over a exchange. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get robbed with the lack of employees and no one working the floors. When you call this place they never answer. I guess you can only assume they are very lazy. Only young teenagers and young adults in their 20s working with no mannerisms. Their performance shows the lack of experience they all have. HR Must be hiring just anyone! The list goes on. This place is very concerning and eye rising."

"It appears shoplifting must be at an all time high because they have anti-theft devices in a lot of items. They have loss prevention in uniform when entering the store you could see them scrolling and zooming in on the cameras when you enter the store. They have undercover loss prevention in regular clothes roaming around pretending they are shopping keeping an eye on you at all times. They think they are sneaky, but they suck at being undercover. Avoid if you don’t want to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and like a thief."

"Stopped into this Target for back to school supplies last night. I realized one bag was left at the cashier. This was last night, have called 10+ times over the course of an hour, to attempt to speak with someone in guest services and general merchandise/electronics about this and each time regardless of the option, which there are only two of three options that pertain to this, after ringing for a minute or two the call disconnects. Really dissatisfied with lack of work ethic in customer service here."

"I purchased eye drops 2 days ago that were expired by 9 months. I brought them back and when I was selecting a new bottle, I noticed most bottles were expired summer of last year. I told the woman at the exchange counter (she has very spidery dark lashes, no name tag). She was very indifferent to the drops being expired, and when I asked her if my feedback would be taken seriously she just stared at me again, I told her the drops should be removed and not everyone checks expiration dates, she said nothing back. Nothing. She could have said: "thanks for letting us know, or I will let the appropriate person/department know." I told her it was inconvenient to come back to exchange something that Target should not be selling, and while mistakes happen, her complete apathy was not unnoticed. Then when I asked her to match the price I just paid (because it was less and I used a Target app coupon), she told me it would "go back." And that I could come back a third time for a price adjustment. I know retail workers are under appreciated and have to endure quite a bit with the general public. But today's experience was just really poor customer service that should have been better handled."
