"I have not been in the store, as I live in TX, but my online experience with them was top tier! The shipping cost was very affordable and it arrived in just a few days! The packaging was excellent as well. Not only did they ship it in a book appropriate box size (I hate when the box is too big because the book knocks around and gets damaged) but they also bubble wrapped AND saran wrapped it for optimum protection! I've had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend them for your book needs. If this is the kind of service they provide for online orders, I can only assume their in store service is just as exceptional. Thank you for my book!"
