"While visiting Mobile AL, Roma's Cafe was recommended by a friend for some good Italian food. I must say I really enjoyed this restaurant. Everything was piping hot and fresh. The food was tasty and very well seasoned. I enjoyed the fresh herbs that were in the pasta dishes. They also have house-made salad dressings. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the food and the service we received. I recommend this restaurant for good, fresh, delicious Italian food. I'll be back for sure! Also, there are huge portions and good prices!"

"Update…. I will have it made “my way on my next trip”. Thank you. Food had the flavors, just needed marinara reduction, my chicken parmigiana was soggy. Stack it in the noodles and bake in the dish like the ziti and it would have been perfect. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in town, this was my first time to dine."

"I came from midtown on 12/28 to enjoy some nice food, wine, and dessert. I was greeted by a very welcoming hostess who immediately took my information and advised me of the wait time, about 25 minutes. When a seat became available my drink order was promptly taken by a very nice waitress. She was excellent at balancing attention to my needs and leaving me alone so I could read my book (some servers push too hard; she did great). My Pinot noir was great, as was spaghetti and meatballs and my chocolate drizzled cheesecake for dessert. I am so appreciative of the excellent service I received. I spent half of Christmas and the whole week after away from my two kids as a single mom because of work and school breaks clashing, and it was just really hard. I had tried another Italian restaurant closer to me the night before and was snubbed pretty hard, maybe because I don't look like the kind of person who was ready to spend good money. Someone in the group beside me had a birthday and the woman told him he was supposed to make a wish before he blew the candles out on his cake. He gestured to his family around him and said his wish already came true, and I cried a little bit because of how much I missed my boys. Thanks so much for making me feel human and not so alone."

"It was graduation night at the college and we went during the noon rush, but we didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. The food was perfect and fast and the staff was wonderful. I had the Philly sandwich (HOT) and it was one of the spiciest things I've ever been served! Fantastic blend of peppers on a perfect roll, and I'm sure the hot sauce they used was scorpion pepper. I could tell from the first stinging bite. I'd say it rates around 1 million on the scoville scale! If I'm ever over that way again I will have to stop in again!"

"Friend recommend restaurant out in West Mobile. It was packed at 1pm on Saturday! Staff was great! All types of people there. We ordered hummus and veal. Homemade sauce with slices mushrooms (not canned). The hummus was shaped like a crab! Cute. Server was experienced and fast."
