"Amazing and delicious are just a couple of words that come to mind when describing my daughter’s birthday cake!!! Again, not only was it gorgeous on the outside, it was also the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted. We submitted a picture to Sally and she made the cake identical to the picture. They were so kind and professional too. We couldn’t be more pleased or thrilled. Absolute perfection!!!! She is our “go-to”baker now. It was a long drive for us, but definitely worth it!!!"
"I ordered a specialty cake for my daughter in laws baby shower and it was beautiful, but, as far as taste it was way too sweet. I love icing, but even I couldn't eat it cause it was so sweet. I ended up having to toss the whole bottom part of it cause no one wanted it. I paid over $170 for this cake. I emailed Sally's to tell them about my issue and they didn't even reply,,, they could've at least apologized or offered me a refund of some sort. I'm very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this bakery."
