"I’ve been a consistent customer at this location for years. However that changed on last week. I went to purchase a tie for church and actually saw a suit as well. I asked the tall dark skinned bald gentleman (store associate) could I buy the last tie in stock that was on a dummy by the register. His response was” I really don’t feel like taking it off”’ go look over there for another one. I explained to him that was last one. He was nonchalant and rude. Therefore I advised him that it was ok and that I didn’t want the tie or suit. Mind you prior to me walking into store he and another gentleman were already in a heated conversation about discounted signs being over certain items that wasn’t true. That customer left everything on the counter. So you guys missed out on 2 big sales due to your sales person being extremely rude and careless."
"Ok it was a Friday evening so I know people are tired and ready to go. There were a nice selection of clothing in the store however we didn't see anything that quite fit we asked the man for assistance he was very nonchalant and referred us to K & G. We left and found what we like at K & G."
