"Spent 3 hours at urgent care, left there and went straight to this CVS to pick up prescription immediately. My husband has COPD and gets sick almost every January. It happened this time over weekend. Arrived at pharmacy right at 5 (closing time?) and they shut the door and rudely told me they were closed. No questions about if it was an emergency, etc. naturally they were closed the next day for the weather and hadn't even entered the prescriptions into the computer the day before. It was 3 days before we could get his prescriptions, but we sure didn't get it here. Rudest people I've ever seen. CVS on the Beltline is top notch. Will never go back to Hartselle. As far as I'm concerned they can shut the whole store down."
"You see 3 people in pharmacy but no one speaks to you and you have to stand and wait."
"Rude, disorganized and unable to answer questions. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because they own the insurance company and I'm literally held hostage to this company in order to get needed medication. Further, no drive thru and they have such a small staff that they literally have to close the pharmacy to do lunches instead of scheduling them like a competent retailer. 0/10"

"I normally have no issues except rudeness but today I am very upset. Two weeks ago I left my prescription here. My dr gave it to me early because he was going out of town. Today they don't have it. The lady who took my prescription assured me it would be on file and ready for pick up the 22nd. Now they can't find it. Said it was probably put back on the shelf. Just witnessed a guy waiting for his too and they forgot it. Most def need more organization and friendliness."
