"Amazing service, if you're on the fence about this place, don't be. Great communication, wonderful service. Personally I did everything through email and Mr. Johnathan answered within timely manner and with very very clear instruction. I had to get my salvaged vehicle a repaired title and had absolutely no idea where to start or even where to look. Everything and I mean everything was done so professionally and with respect. He handled all the paperwork, all I had to do was send in some pictures, mail my salvage title, and show up for inspection which was done in - I kid you not - 3 to 5 minutes. Personally I am from Pelham AL, but if given the need for a trusted mechanic this location is my top pick. "Most Professional company I have come in contact with. I bought a Salvaged Titled car for the first time and not sure what I was doing. Jonathon at Cullman Auto Rebuilders offers True Customer Service that you don't find anywhere these days. Long story short. I paid Jonathon upfront for his services and as it turns out I needed more time to sort out the cars problems before passing State inspection. I asked for a refund because I was not ready for his services yet but offered $100 for his services rendered thus far, and I would pay full amount again once I was ready. HE DENIED THE $100 offer and REFUNDED MY TOTAL AMOUNT. THAT JUST DOESN'T happen in todays time. I will be going back to Jonathon once I am ready to rebuild my cars Title.
