"Guy working there overcharged me for cigarettes. I have the app and inner circle. Typed in my number for discount on 2 packs and didn't see It on the screen. Guy said I had to run the card for it to show. Ended up paying way more than I've ever paid for cigarettes at circle k because he lied. He then ignored me when I told him that it didn't do the discount"
"This store has so many issues; 1/2 pumps don't work, store and restroom is nasty. It's gets a lot of business because you naturally fall into it coming off the interstate; it would seem like it could deserve more attention."

"Went to get gas & use restroom. Restroom dirty, as well as store itself. 2 people behind counter. One kept disappearing and when I asked how to use kiosk for gas she said she would get me there, but went immediately to serve a young man behind me at another register. I asked for help to use kiosk. She continued to ignore me. I said I just need to know how to use discount card. She walked away...again. this is 15 mins into a quick stop for gas. I got Mad & and told them all where to go. Why was I being ignored? I was very nice to her. Even the young man I referred to earlier seemed shocked by her treatment of, inattention to & rudeness toward me. I will not be using circle k anymore.... except Moody. They understand customer service. These idiots, as well as ones in Bessemer (14th St & Fairfax) & Irondale do not."
