"One of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. Was told they would send a person to my location at nine o'clock in the morning. Nine comes I call and they don't know who is coming or going. I am told the man assigned to me (John) will give me a call, he does a little after nine and tells me he'll see me in two hours. (Ok no problem things happen) A little past 11 and two hours have come and gone, I call "John", no answer. I call the shop, the original guy tells me he'll contact him to find out where he is. 30 minutes pass I call back and he tells me the guys schedule got mixed up and he'll be in my area around two. I would have tried to make it work but I had things to do which is why I scheduled this at 9 am. Guy says to me "want to cancel the appointment?" I say to the guy "....." I knew from the start this would be a trash experience, should've went with that gut instinct."
