"I had the pleasure of working for him and he's always worried about his Google reviews but he made sure to make it apparent that he did all that he was paid for even tho in the end result my car had no brakes from a clutch change. Refused to fix it refused to compensate.i wouldn't be surprised if he ends up out of buisness. Also didn't pay me all of my pay cause he didn't feel like it."
"The first time I went there the experience was awesome no complaints therefore I went back. I got there around 10am they did a diagnostic and told me what was wrong with my car. I sat there until 3:00 pm because they forgot to order my part. The labor on my car took 15 mins and he charged me 180.00 for a crank shaft seal. I felt the labor was too much and the wait was too long, I asked for a fee adjustment for compensation of time and I felt I was over charged. They refuse to do conflict resolution and sent me away. That’s poor customer service."
"This was my first time stopping by. I'd been loyal to L&M for decades, and was NOT happy when they closed the St. Stephens location. So, I need a new place! I just needed my back driver's side tire replaced, it wasn't anything crazy. I got super fast service, extremely affordable used tire prices, and the awesome Mike(I HOPE that was the nice fella's name) Had me back on the road in literally, like 15 minutes. Will DEFINITELY be back!!"
