"Great pizza!!! My favorites are the cool it down and the Pepperoni (add hot honey drizzle). I rate it 4 stars because I’m not a fan of the rude woman who’s been taking orders on Wednesdays at the GT location though. She’s unpleasant and sarcastic. She tried to say that they weren’t taking orders anymore at 7:15 PM but the website was still accepting online orders. I told her about the website still accepting orders and she told me to just do that then but she’s sold out and won’t sell to me. When I picked up my online order she didn’t want to give me sauce or napkins but gave everyone in front of me sauce and napkins. She’s just petty and unpleasant. The others that take orders are all awesome and friendly though!"
"Birmingham’s Uncle G’s Pizza deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. My go-to order is the garlic bread with mushrooms, onions, and banana peppers and regardless of my pizza I always opt for the “well-done bake” for maximum crisp. Uncle G’s is always delicious and never disappoints (and I’m sure if I was EVER unhappy they’d make it right immediately). If you’re in Birmingham and love pizza, Uncle G’s is an ABSOLUTE MUST. It’s a gem that keeps me coming back for more."

"I love love love Uncle G's Pizza. Only took off one star because I always order the Cool It Down (my fave!), but almost every single time, there's no hot honey on the pizza. I've started to order the hot honey as a side item, but since it's listed on the menu as part of the Cool It Down, I feel like I shouldn't have to pay extra to know I'll get hot honey... ...But none of that stops me from eating there any chance I get! Best pizza ever."
"This pizza was SO delicious! Our first time trying Detroit style pizza and it did not disappoint. We went with the Margherita, so not too many toppings to over power the delicious crust. Don't let the size of it deceive you; 1 pizza was enough for 2 of us when we were both very hungry after a long day of travel."
