"Just went her for lunch with a co worker I preferred 6 count cheese stick and the new penutbutter burger and once again I did not get what I ordered. Plus the gift card I had was empty this was one that I was given from the manager. I’m done with this location and maybe with the company"
"This location is horrible! The customer service is horrendous! While placing a order the staff cuts you off mid-sentence before you can complete you order. Listening skills are needed. Staff gave me the wrong burger twice! Due to not SHUTTING UP & LISTENING. This food is too expensive for the staff to be lack luster. GET IT TOGETHER!"
"Order at 209pm, at 242pm, nothing. My wife is pregnant, thought this would be a quick thing for her. The food got here in 33 minutes and it was stone cold! How??? I immediately got out and Gordon Ramsay'd the car hop. I handed him a cold tater tot, saying just feel that... Finally got the food at 245pm... Proper temperature, good taste.... Except the sundae was just below room temp pudding by that time.... I used to work at Jack's as a teenager. This usually happens only when someone bumps the order from the screen to cheat on service time, because they were focused more on time than quality.... the result is customers get neither time nor quality. They were serving drive thru as top priority. A fish rots from the head. This is a management issue."
"Well, sat in the booth for over 30 min while our food died at the pass. We had to buzz in and see where the heck our order was...they forgot and brought it out. We then sent it back since they decided to give it to us ICE COLD! Idk what is going on but this is pathetic! Finally got our fresh food...at least it's hot... Management?!? Wanna do some control of your staff?!? Shame shame..."
"Went for a hot dog to tide me over until dinner. Service was fast. Chili dog was microwaved, bun was soggy, a lot of the chilli stayed in the package, won't order that again."
