"Came through the drive thru today around lunch and there was only ONE guy walking around taking every cars orders, I think his name was Hadley. He was incredible!! There was a long line of double lane cars and he was so fast and efficient, he definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work :)"

"Worst Chick-Fil-A in Birmingham area, even after their late-2023 reopening. I have never waited in a drive through for 20 minutes—until I went to this Chick-Fil-A in December. From the time we placed our order (based on the receipt) to when we got our food was over 20 minutes. And then it took another 5 for all of the vehicles in front to get their orders so that I could finally get out of the drive through. In Feb 2024, the drive through wait time was much shorter, but I was forced to wait in a parking spot for 5 minutes for an 8-count nugget. For the life of me I don’t understand why they didn’t have a box of 8 nuggets ready when I got up to the drive through window. Unless you’re dying of starvation, I would avoid this place and it’s awful service."

"This is not the same restaurant. Workers not as friendly, terrible service and they're slow as a snail. The nuggets were over cooked both times I have ordered. My food is almost warm, not hot. I never get all the sauces I order online."

"This location has always had prompt service and has always gotten my order correct. I have been to this location 2 times since they renovated and both times I have not received what I ordered. The first time I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes before getting to the window for my mobile order. One of my combos was missing for the order and seeing as I was in the drive through I didn’t go through the bag to check my items for not wanting to hold up the line. I also wasn’t not able to get a refund for my missing through the app. Then today I went back through the drive through and ordered 2 8 piece nugget meals. Jaleel repeated out order back as having 2 meals but we only received 1. We had only been charged for one even though it was clear we had ordered 2. Like I said, I have never had problems with this location, but after 2 times in a row of not receiving what I order I doubt i’ll be back."

"Worst chic fila experience ever. The girl who took my order wasn't familiar with the menu and kept telling me I couldn't get what I ordered. When I drove around to pay, the young man adjusted my order and added what I wanted. Once the food was bought out, my order wasn't correct. I told the girl and she said IF I ordered it, it's in the bag. I told her again that it wasn't and showed her my receipt. She said she'd bring it right back. I NEVER saw her again. I had to go to the window and reorder. On top of all that, the food wasn't even good! This is the first time ever that I've had an issue with Chic Fila food or service"
