"This is the best restaurant in Birmingham currently. Went tonight and everything was exceptional. An incredibly buttery Scallop crudo, the best cedar salad I’ve ever had, the best ribeye I’ve ever had. Oh and here’s a photo of the bananas foster cheesecake, whose strong suit is, oddly enough, texture. We’ll be going back."
"Tonight was my first time experiencing this amazing new restaurant in my hometown! I must say we are very blessed in Birmingham to have such amazing restaurants, but this one will definitely be my go to spot. I love that they open up at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, amongst other things, of course! Mateo the Assitant General Manager is 5 stars, period! Lovedddddd it!"
"Best steakhouse in Birmingham, hands down! Feels like a restaurant in NYC! Our server Jake went above and beyond. The atmosphere and vibes were immaculate! And the food— WOW! The bone marrow was divine! We ordered 3 orders of parm fries— started with 2 but they were so good; we ordered another! We all (5 of us) had filet and it was out of this world— so much flavor and just right. The sommelier was so knowledgeable and helpful! And the dessert, WOW! Some kind of ice cream on the side of the homemade cheesecake. Drool-worthy! Will be back, probably again tonight! So excited to have this fine establishment in my neighboorbod! Oh and the whipped ricotta — DYNAMITE! Oh, and I forgot about the bone marrow, still dreaming abkut that. 11/10"
