"Food is amazing and at a very reasonable price. The quantities are large; I always end up having leftovers for the next day! The staff are incredibly kind, and the salads also taste fresh. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is great, clean, & lively with lots of space so not everyone is cramped. They also do online orders, which is great. My favorite is the Basil Pesto- I recommend this to everyone! They also offer gluten free and vegetarian options- my entire family is vegetarian and we all love this place! A must eat when visiting Birmingham."
"I really wanted to like this place. I love noodles and we have eaten at some places that have excellent Thai food. I found Nothing But Noodles inferior to them. For example, we really like lettuce wraps at P. F. Changs. I have a photo of what was passed as lettuce wraps at Nothing But Noodles. It had dry, raw carrot sticks and peppers and it was not tasty at all. The tomato basil soup was too thick and slightly bitter and the Pad Thai Noodles were not very tasty. We won’t be back."
