"One of the worst fast food experiences ever. The Reuben sandwich barely had anything on it. We ordered two Fish sandwiches because they looked great in commercials and on.the drive thru kiosk. However, what we were handed was unrecognizable as fried fish. The sandwiches were mashed flat, the bread was flat, the sandwiches were so gooey we could not eat them. The fish and the cheese were cold, and there was no recognizable lettuce. Oh, we tried to eat them, but they were so bad that we threw them away. We spent almost $40 on three sorry meals and one milkshake. Never again."
"Had to get the guy up off his chair and phone to wait on us. The curly frys were cold, had been sitting a while I'm sure. While we were eating my husband noticed a food fight going on back by the grills. There were lots of tables that could have been cleaned while they were screwing off. There was only one other couple there."

"Went today, it was seriously the worst experience EVER at an Arby's. 1) Order was wrong, server tried to challenge me when I clearly ordered an "11", but got a "1"... then turned around to look at the menu screen. Yes, there are two "1"'s in "11". 2) I can assure you it was over 12 minutes from the time I walked in until my order was taken. 3) The manager(?!) was extremely rude. Just griping the whole time out loud. 4) No ketchup in the dispensers (2). No alternatives. I've not seen so many people just give up and walk out. Drive through was ridiculous, as well. Seriously avoid!"
