"Thief's! They essentially stole $150 from me because they labeled a bed frame as complete with an open box. When we got home and discovered the side rails are missing we called but they refused to give us a credit or refund. They’ve now cost me money because I have to also throw away this garbage! It’s completely unethical! If you’re going to have this type of policy at least be honest about what you’re selling so people know before they give you their money."
